The Velký Lopeník Observation Tower is a 22-m-high wooden structure with a stone base standing on the Moravian-Slovak border near the village of Lopeník. The observation tower is open all year round; in season there is an entrance fee. An observation platform at a height of 19 m, which requires a climb of 101 steps, offers a view of the White Carpathian landscape. In good weather you can also see distant views of the Malá Fatra, Pálava, the Chřiby Highlands, the Hostýn and Vizovice hills, the Beskydy and, with exceptional visibility, even the Jeseníky Mountains.
