Originally a water castle guarding the trade route connecting Hungary with Prague, it was rebuilt into a Renaissance château in the 15th century. Today it offers visitors great experiences through guided tours. One of the routes through the château leads through the oldest rooms up to the château tower, from where visitors can enjoy beautiful views of the surrounding countryside and, in good visibility, the majestic Buchlov Castle nearby. Another option is to visit the unique exhibition in the underground of the château and the château gallery.
