Freely accessible. Balloon flights can only be made in suitable flying weather, always only in the morning or in the early evening when the weather is calm and stable. Morning flights take place soon after sunrise, evening flights before sunset (the meeting time for passengers and crew is determined by sunrise and sunset on the date).
